This initial release features a variety of working tools, but is pretty rough around the edges. Even though this is the first beta release the software has gone through many changes and there will likely be many broken and/or incomplete features.
Screenplay import (FDX, PDF or Fountain)
Automated screenplay scene parsing
Breakdown sheet creation with element tagging
Production schedule stripboards (traditional style)
stripboard PDFs
Production schedule stripboards (sprint style)
Call sheet generation from stripboards
automated populating of scene, locations, characters from breakdown sheets
Call sheet PDFs
Projects, Objectives, Tasks and Todos
Each item can have notes, due dates, context and assigned to a user
Customizable phases
Example use: Development, Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production, Distribution
Objectives, Tasks and Todos can be assigned to phases and filtered accordingly
Much of the UI labels are customizable, for example Objectives, Tasks and Todos could be renamed to “Goals, Jobs and Checklists”
Work can be separated via “Workspaces”, for example, one workspace could be dedicated to a company and the other to personal projects.
